1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 13jl website located at 13jl.org and any associated mobile or web-based applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you ("User", "Player", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

13jl reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 13jl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming laws and PAGCOR regulations applicable to online casino and sports betting activities.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 13jl or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 13jl Platform for any reason.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 13jl reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if eligibility requirements are not met or can no longer be confirmed.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 13jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. 13jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Notify 13jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

13jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified 13jl of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

13jl supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 13jl's discretion.

All transactions on the 13jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

You agree that:

• All funds deposited into your 13jl account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• You will not use the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-fraud measure.
• 13jl reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on the payment provider and verification requirements.

13jl does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. 13jl is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

13jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 13jl promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 13jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 13jl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

13jl uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective table game.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 13jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. 13jl's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for alleged losses resulting from technical issues beyond 13jl's reasonable control.

Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and event type. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 13jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in games or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 13jl staff, other players, or live dealers.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 13jl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform, is the property of 13jl or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Modify or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted herein and may constitute an infringement of 13jl's intellectual property rights.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 13jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

13jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 13jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 13jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12 Termination & Suspension

13jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity or source-of-funds verification within a reasonable time.
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and the specific circumstances of the termination. Where termination is due to a breach of these Terms, 13jl reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 13jl support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Platform operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 13jl's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

13jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 13jl will endeavour to notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
